Hey, cookie lover! At Cookie Rush, we’re on a mission to make your experience as sweet as a freshly baked cookie. That’s why we whipped up a Frequently Asked Questions section just for you—because we know you’ve got questions, and we’ve got answers!
How long do your cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 5 days when kept in an airtight container. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months (if you can resist that long)—warm them slightly before serving for that “just baked” feel.
Can I order custom flavours or cookie cakes?
We offer four delicious flavours for you to choose from. For cookie cakes, we recommend using our New York chocolate chip or chocaholic base, as both bake perfectly into a giant cookie. Contact us to discuss the decoration ideas for your cookie cake. Additionally, we create limited-edition cookies for special occasions such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Easter—ideal for celebrating in style.
Are you council-approved?
Yes! Cookie Rush passed council inspection and proudly holds a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, so every cookie is baked to the highest standards of safety and care.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
We have a minimum order of just $24, so you can grab any 4 of our delicious cookies and get FREE DELIVERY! Currently, we only deliver to local suburbs such as Pennant Hills, West Pennant Hills, and Thornleigh. If you’re interested but happen to live a bit further away, don’t hesitate to email us—we'd love to help and may be able to arrange special orders for you!
Do you cater for allergies?
Our cookies are made with wheat, butter, and eggs. We don’t use nuts in our cookie recipes, but some of our ingredients — such as chocolates — may contain traces of nuts or be produced on equipment that also processes nuts. For this reason, we can’t guarantee that our cookies are completely nut-free.
When do you deliver?
We deliver on Friday nights and Saturday mornings! Since we bake your cookies just for you, pick your favourite delivery time—we want them to be extra fresh when they arrive at your door. Make sure you're home during your chosen slot so you don't miss out on your sweet treat!
